Gaurang Dhebar is a Certified Ho’oponopono Healer and Mindset Coach who has led over 1,000 group and individual sessions focused on stress relief, emotional balance, and inner clarity.
He is the founder of Antar Sattva (Inner Purity). A movement that encourages people to learn to self-heal and then help others.
His approach blends acceptance-based healing, mindfulness, and Vipassana-inspired meditation to help people reconnect with their own inner power. Gaurang teaches that stress is not created by circumstances, but by our inner resistance to them. When perspective shifts, healing becomes natural and accessible.
His path into healing emerged through lived experience, including caring for a 92-year-old grandfather with advanced Alzheimer’s and dementia. A period that revealed his calling toward service, compassion, and emotional awareness.
